HOW TO ORDER?
  1. Refer to the MOH/HPB guideline to locate the grade mark size you need to order.
  2. Choose the Materials/Grade Mark Size/Service Type from the product options.
  3. Enter the Suger % in the required field.
  4. Enter the quantity you want. (1 Quantity = 1 A4 sheet*).
  5. Add to Cart.
 
TIPS: 
*Refer to the table for the number of stickers you can get per A4 sheet.
