This section is for document print with plastic comb binding.
 

  • Some customized/add-on finishing is available.

  • For loose document print without binding. Refer to LOOSE DOC sections instead.

STANDARD COMB BIND: 

Come with 1 clear plastic cover and 1 hard paper backing.

​

Note: For binding, max.420shts for s/s print or 840pgs for d/s print. (Based on 80gsm paper).

If your file is more than the above-mentioned pages, the binding will need to be split.

Please provide the split range in the common box.

NOTE :

  • Printing to a size smaller than A4 is the same price as printing in A4.

  • There will be a handling charge if there are more than 10 files. (cap at $10)

  • All prices listed on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Our quotation will be the final.

  • All printing will be fit to size if the page size is not the same as the order size unless the customer states otherwise in the comment box.

  • All printouts will have a white border.

  • Anything shown in the file (including trim mark, watermark, colour code, etc.) will be printed. Please remove it if you don't want it printed.

CAUTIONS:

  • Express charges will apply for urgent processing.

  • Urgent and Super Urgent service is subject to the production time available.

  • Delivery time is not included in the processing time.

  • For non-urgent orders, delivery will be by the next day before 5pm from notification that the order is ready.

  • For urgent orders, delivery will be within 3hrs from notification that the order is ready.

  • Our quote is final and is subject to adjustment based on the time the customer accepted the quotation with payment clearance.

TIPS:

  • If need to print in different sizes/sides/layouts for different files, Choose Mixed and give clear details in the common box, also provide the file in the required filename format.

  • You can't mix print sizes/sides/layouts within the same file. 

CAUTION: TO PRINT MULTIPLE PAGES INTO A SINGLE PAGE.

Our quotation will be calculated based on the number of pages in the files the customer submitted. If you want to print as 2in1, 4in1 or multiple slides on a single page, we recommend that you send us the file that is already formatted in that way, or else additional charges will apply.

PRINT COLOUR (by file only)?

CAUTION: PRINTING COLOUR IS BASED ON PER FILE ONLY.

If you choose Colour, the whole file will be printed as colour.

If you choose B&W, the whole file will be printed as B&W.

If you have more than one file and some files need to be printed in B&W, some files in Colour, please choose Mixed and rename your file in the required format listed on the next page after submitting the form.

 

Sorry that we cannot print some pages in colour and some in B&W from a single file. Except for the Cover (1st page).

or you can separate the pages into different files and name them accordingly as required.

Gentle Reminder:

Kindly provide accurate data and upload the files accordingly to what you filled in the form so that we can send you the quotation faster. We will have to verify with you if the data entered is inaccurate and this will cause unnecessary delay in the whole processing.

  • The separator can only be inserted in front of the odd page for double-sided print.

  • The separator with Tabs is done on a 260gsm gloss art card. (Not available for urgent order.)

  • The hardcover cut-out is done on a 260gsm gloss art card. (Not available for urgent order.)

CAUTIONS ABOUT PRINTING : ​

  • All printing will be fit to size if the file page size is not the same as the order size unless stated by the customer in the comment box.

  • Any page with a full background design will have a white border of about 5mm when printed.

  • Try not to send locked files / watermarked files as we cannot guarantee proper printing of these files.

  • We are not responsible for any printing issue that is caused by the file itself.

  • No adding-on printing is allowed once payment is made. Any new submission will be quoted as a new order.
