NORMAL PROCESSING:
 

For Certificate Print (digital print)

  • 2 - 3 Working Days.

  • within 48hrs - 72hrs from the time of order.

  • Including Random Design Gold Border Card.

For Certificate Print (with custom hot stamp)

  • 3 - 4 Working Days.

  • within 72hrs - 96hrs from the time of order.

For Certificate Holder Print

  • 3 - 4 Working Days (<=10pcs)

  • 4 - 5 Working Days (>10pcs)

  • Higher quantities may require more time.

1 DAY EXPRESS (in 24hrs):

  • 1 Working Day.

  • For digital print only.

  • Not available for Hot Foil Stamping.

  • Not available for Certificate Holder.

SAME-DAY EXPRESS (in 6hrs):

  • MON to FRI cut-off time is 2pm, ready same day by/before 8pm closed.

  • SAT cut-off time is 12pm, ready the same day by/before 6pm closed.

  • SUN cut-off time is 9am, ready the same day by/before 3pm closed.

  • For digital print only.

  • Not available for Metallic Card materials.

  • Not available for Hot Foil Stamping.

  • Not available for Certificate Holder.

CAUTIONS!

  • Express Service is subject to production time.

  • Orders received after the Production Time / Cut-Off Time or on Eve/PH will be considered the next working day order. 

  • Orders and payments must be cleared before the Cut-Off Time for the provided services.

  • Processing time is NOT the same as Delivery Time. (see details in the Cart)

NOTE for Certificate Print:

  • DO NOT add trim/crop marks. 

  • For Non-metallic material - it will be printed in standard A4 size (210mm x 297mm with border or borderless).

  • For Metallic Card only - If the artwork contains design to the edges, there will be a 5mm - 6mm blank border as the printer can't print to the edge. However, you can request for borderless (to trim off the border) but the size will be smaller (198mm x 285mm).

  • If the design is to the edges, please add a 2mm bleed all around. (Learn more)
