PROCESSING TIME*
Within 24hrs from payment cleared with ready-to-print artwork.
Normal operating period is 10am to 8pm on weekdays, 11am to 6pm on Sat. Sun/PH is not a production day.
 
Eg:
if order received with payment cleared on Friday 12pm, the order will be ready by/before Sat 12pm.
If order received with payment cleared on Sat 12pm, the order will be ready by/before Monday 12pm.
 
 
CAUTION!
Gloss Art Card is not recommended for design with a heavy full-colour background.
There is a 1-2mm tolerance when it comes to alignment and trimming. Kindly ensure that your graphics and information are within the safe area dictated by the light blue line shown in our guideline to minimize such issues.
Slight colour differences may occur on the final product.
Designs with an all-around border are not advisable due to the 1-2mm allowance in cutting and alignment.
If the customer didn't provide us with proper ready-to-print artwork that meets our guidelines, processing time may be a delay.
 
TIP: (1 artwork/name = 1 Quantity).
Different names or different artworks are considered a different quantity.
Eg.1: If you want to order 100pcs each for 2 different artworks,
Select 100 in Cards Per Set and select 2 in Quantity.
Eg.2: If you want to order 200pcs each for 3 different artworks,
Select 200 in Cards Per Set and select 3 in Quantity.
