OUR POLICIES
Below is an outline of our standard terms and conditions.
Please take time to read through thoroughly and ensure you understand these terms and conditions before you commence any project with Vz Print.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
R1. FOR DISPLAY PRODUCTS:

we recommend that you e-mail or contact us to check for stock availability before ordering.

Once ordered there will be no refund unless we are out of stock.

Any changes in product or reduction in order quality which cause a credit balance, credit balance will not be refunded, but it will be sent as a Gift Card Code for the customer to make an online purchase in future (no time limit).
R2. FOR PRODUCTS WITH PRINTING/CUTTING:

NO CANCELLATION is allowed for orders that come with printing once the artwork is approved.

Customers are required to check the product during collection/delivery. Any manufacturing defects can be 1 to 1 replacement. No refund/replacement is allowed after checking.
R3. FOR WRONG ONLINE ORDER:

Refunds are only possible if the customers inform us ASAP before any artwork confirmation/approval or processing starts and within the same day before 5pm.
R4. FOR ORDER BY QUOTATION:

NO CANCELLATION is allowed for orders sent by quotation and the Customers have accepted and made the payment.

Changing of order quantity/adjustment/mistake in the calculation may be allowed subject to approval by us and a refund may not be in full. The refund will be sent as a Gift Card Code for the customer to make an online purchase in future (no time limit). An administration charge of mins $15 or up to 30% will apply whichever is higher.

All payments must be clear before processing of online order.

Order below $5000 : Advance full payment.

Order $5000 & above (with site installation) : 70% deposit, balance on completion.

Any outstanding balance must be getting ready by the client and paid upon completion or delivery via either Cash, PayPal, Paylah, PayNow, else 10% late payment charge apply.

DELIVERY :

SELF COLLECTION :

Please wait for a notification before picking up your order.

Your order confirmation and order ID/QR-Code will be needed for collection.

APPOINTMENT IS COMPULSORY, Customers is required to make an appointment with our Online Booking System for collection.
ORDER NOT COLLECTED :

Orders not collected after 6 months will be destroyed to give space for new orders.
Vz Print will not be responsible for any refund or replacement once the item is destroyed. -
We will send not less then 3 reminders to Customer before destroying of the item.

If Customer need more time for collection can make booking or rearrange their appointment at our Online Booking System. Any order with a valid booking arrangement will not be destroyed.

Order not collected will be display at our ORDER NOT COLLECTED page with Expired Date after one month of notification. Customers can check out if their Order is still valid for collection.
DESIGN AND ARTWORK POLICY
ARTWORK :

Artwork Charges : referring to the time and effort used to create the ready-to-print file. This does not includes the working file itself.

Source File (Working File) : referring to the editable soft copy of the ready-to-print file.
The source file is the property of Vz Print and will be kept by Vz Print for customer future use.
It will not be provide to customer.
However, customer may purchase a copy of the editable source file at a cost listed below. A download link will be send to customer. All other soft copy format will only be in low resolution format for screen preview purpose only.
Purchase of source file for:-
Recreation of Logo: $200/source file

Editing of Logo: $120/source file

Name Card (single-sided): $80/source file

Approval of Artwork : The Client should carefully proofread any design material provided by Vz Print before it is printed. While Vz Print takes all care to avoid errors, we accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project. No refunds are given after a final approved design has send to print due to oversights by the Client’s proof reading. Any reprint will be at Client's own cost.

Colour Variations : All printing may be some colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing, screen settings and printing system. There will be no reprints at our expense.
DESIGN :

Commencement of work : Vz Print will require upfront payment for any design work at commencement of the project. Please note this is not refundable. Also note further charges may apply if you cancel the project before completion.

Excess Work : If the project is deemed by Vz Print to be greater than specified in its quote, Vz Print may notify the Client outlining the additional charges.
LIABILITY REGARDING WORK AND MATERIALS PROVIDED :

Vz Print is not responsible for investigating copyright or trademark matters for the Client. The Client must ensure that all material used (for their print material and artwork design) is legally usable.

Vz Print is not responsible for copying and pasting text. The Client must check all text before approving designs for printing.

Vz Print’ liability to the Client for loss of any kind resulting from services provided shall be limited to Vz Print’ fee paid by client without interest. Vz Print will not be liable for damages of any kind including its own negligence, excluding gross negligence.

The Client will indemnify and hold harmless Vz Print against any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the use of Vz Print’ work.
