  • MON to THU cut-off time is 5pm.

  • FRI cut-off time is 12pm.

CAUTIONS!

  • Express Service is subject to production time.

  • Orders received after the Production Time / Cut-Off Time or on Sat/Sun/Eve/PH will be considered the next working day order.

  • Orders and payments must be cleared before the Cut-Off Time for the service provided.

  • Ready-to-print artwork must be provided in PDF in actual size, Otherwise, additional time of up to 1 day may be required for the artwork (Bleed/Crop/Trim mark is not required).

  • We are not responsible for any delay due to issues with the artwork provided by the customers.

  • Processing time is NOT the same as Delivery Time. (see details in the Cart)
